Day 1: Arrive in Auckland
Depart for the largest city in New Zealand by international flight.
Day 2: Auckland
Arrive in Auckland in the morning. City tour of the Harbour Bridge and the America’s Cup Village. Time to relax before setting off for Formosa Golf Club to play a round of golf. Overnight at Sky City Hotel or similar
Day 3: Auckland
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the beautiful Hibiscus Coast for a round of golf at Gulf Harbour Country Club. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and venue of the 1998 World Cup of Golf, this course has magnificent ocean front holes and coastal views.
Day 4: Auckland – Rotorua
Journey on to Rotorua to take in the many natural attractions available in Rotorua, see the rare Kiwi bird, boiling mud pools, steaming hot springs and geysers at Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. Visit Agrodome to see a live stage Farm Show including sheep shearing, sheep dogs, milking cows and feeding lambs. Tonight experience a Maori Hangi feast and cultural performance of song and dance. Overnight at Millennium Hotel or similar
Day 5: Rotorua – Taupo – Auckland
Drive this morning to Taupo for a round of golf on the world renowned Wairakei International Golf Course set on 450 acres of gentle countryside. After golf, stop at Huka Falls with an optional ride on the Huka Jet Boat. Travel back to Auckland and stay overnight at Skycity Hotel.
Day 6: Depart Auckland
Final round of golf is at the Formosa Auckland Country Club, a resort style layout about 45 minutes to the east of Auckland. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Hauraki Gulf 15 of the 18 holes provides delightful water views. Enjoy your free time for last minute shopping before flying home at night.
